Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, please note that all cancellations are subject to the following policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time: Clients may cancel their booking and reschedule for a later date without incurring any penalties. Additionally, the client may opt for a refund minus a $10 service charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time: Clients may cancel their booking and reschedule for a later date once if requested. No refunds will be issued. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time: No refunds of service fees will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
